1. Who is responsible
TOV MINORI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is the developer and data controller for Verity Mods for Minecraft PE (the “App”). The App does not require a user account.
2. Information we process
- Device and network data: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, country or approximate region, network information, and technical identifiers.
- Identifiers and attribution data: Advertising ID where available and permitted, installation and session identifiers, install referrer, and campaign attribution data.
- App activity: app launches, screens, dialogs and controls used, search terms, catalogue item IDs, download, import and installation actions and their results.
- Advertising data: ad format and placement, mediated network, load errors, impressions, clicks, rewards, and advertising revenue.
- Diagnostics: crashes, errors, performance information, and technical details needed to diagnose failures.
- Information you submit: issue type, report text, Minecraft version, app version, and related item ID when you send a report.
Favorites, downloads, installed-item status, cached files, language, and preferences are stored on your device. They remain there until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the App.
3. Why we process information
We process information to provide catalogue, search, download and import functions; remember your settings; operate and secure the App; diagnose errors; measure and improve features; deliver and measure advertising; attribute installations; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with law. Where required, personalized advertising or analytics are based on your consent. Other processing is necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or support our legitimate interests in security and reliability.
4. Sharing
We share only the information needed for these purposes with:
- our backend and hosting providers, which process app requests and network data;
- CAS.AI and its mediated advertising networks, which deliver and measure ads;
- AppMetrica, Google Firebase, and Tenjin, which provide analytics, configuration, diagnostics, attribution, and advertising measurement;
- authorities or other parties when required by law, necessary to protect users or the Service, or as part of a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may classify personalized advertising as “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising.” Where required, the App or its advertising providers will present consent or opt-out controls.
5. Retention, security, and transfers
We and our providers retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it. We use HTTPS and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country using safeguards required by applicable law.
6. Your choices and rights
You can manage notification and advertising permissions in Android settings, reset or delete the Advertising ID, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to your data-protection authority. Send requests to the email below. We may ask for limited information needed to locate and verify the relevant record.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their country. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when the App, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision.
