1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and TOV MINORI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using Verity Mods for Minecraft PE (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required in your country. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your use.
2. Service and license
The App lets you browse, search, save, download, organize, and attempt to import Minecraft-compatible add-ons, maps, skins, worlds, and related files. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful, personal purposes.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law permits it.
3. Third-party content and Minecraft
Catalogue files, media, ads, and linked services may be provided by third parties and remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. Availability in the App does not give you permission to redistribute or commercially use content. We may remove content for rights, security, compatibility, or policy reasons.
The App is independent. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names, marks, and assets belong to their respective owners.
4. Downloads, imports, and advertising
You choose which files to download or import and are responsible for checking compatibility and keeping backups. Files may be unavailable, outdated, incompatible, or affect game data. Minecraft, Android, file managers, and other third-party apps control what happens after the App sends them a file.
The App contains advertising, including rewarded ads that may unlock an installation action. Ads may not always be available, and viewing one does not guarantee that a file will import or work.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the App unlawfully; infringe rights; distribute harmful content; bypass advertising, access, rate-limit, or security controls; interfere with the Service; send excessive or automated requests; manipulate downloads, impressions, clicks, rewards, or other activity; or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
6. Changes and termination
We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the App or any content or feature. You may stop using it at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict access for violation of these Terms, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App, content, files, instructions, and ads are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, security, compatibility, successful import, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOV MINORI and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, files, worlds, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the App. These Terms do not limit rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Courts in Kyiv, Ukraine, have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision. If you do not agree with an update, stop using the App.
